It Started With a Stitch - pop-up Hello - thanks so much for stopping by and taking a look at my little slice of the ShopAppy world! I'm Gemma and I live just outside of Grimsby, made famous originally by fish and more recently by the king of the dance floor, Kevin Clifton. In my store you'll find a range of items that are either made by me, or that I've selected as items that I think will be perfect pressies for you or others in your life who love to craft! My main love is embroidery and you'll find a selection of hand stitched embroidery hoops within the shop, I love to hand stitch text so there's a variety of messages and styles to choose from. If you'd like to discuss a custom design then please get in touch as this can be arranged no problem! As well as embroidery I dabble with pompoms and crochet so you'll find those kind of products too. I really do appreciate you stopping by and if you need any more information about anything or have any questions then please do just drop me a message. Purchased items can be collected from The Paint Box during available days and times or home delivery can be arranged no problem - wherever you are in the UK and is FREE!

Returns policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges Contact me within: 14 days of delivery Return items back within: 30 days of delivery I don't accept cancellations But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalised orders Perishable products (like food or flowers) Digital downloads Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
