Click & Collect Information

Once you have chosen the products you would like to buy, you get a choice of when and how you would like to click and collect your goods.

If you order by 12 noon you will be able to collect your shopping on the same day from either each shop where you purchased the goods or one shop in your town.

Sometimes you may only be given one choice as some of the products you have bought are not available to be collected in a single collection point. Most of the time you should be able to pick up all of your products in one place. Of course picking up your shopping from all the shops, gives you a chance to meet the lovely shopkeepers that help make your town unique.

When you arrive to click and collect you should bring photo ID and a confirmation of your order which you will receive by email. The shopkeeper(s) will then give you your products.
