Returns policy
Due to the bespoke and handmade nature of our pieces, we are unable to offer a returns service unless an item is faulty or damaged. This fault or damage must not be as a result of mis-handling to qualify.
If your purchased item is faulty or damaged, you must inform us by email at elemental-wood-metal@protonmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. All returns will be at the cost and responsibility of the consumer. Any returns must be received by us within 7 days.
