Business Returns Policy
All items are covered by the UK Consumer Contract Regulations - Formerly the Distance Selling Regulations. You are entitled to a refund of the purchase price if you decide to change your mind and inform us within fifteen days of receipt of your purchase. In these circumstances, return postage, packing and insurance costs remain with you, the buyer.
Further to this, we will give a full refund (inc. P&P) if the item you receive is faulty or “significantly not as described” on this website, where you inform us within seven days of receipt of the item and where we confirm that the issue is genuine. (This will usually apply in the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong colour, size or product). Leather is a natural material and slight differences in shade/colour from the traditional tanning processes sometimes occur from batch to batch. Small scars and growth marks from the life of the animal do occur and are considered as normal and implicit in the item description. As all Berber Leather bags are made with full grain leather we consider these marks what makes each bag a unique product for you, the customer.
In either case, any refund requires that the item is returned in original sound condition.
