My guide price for an Instrument service is £65. I'll strip down the instrument, clean the rod screws, hinge tubes, tone holes, bore and pads, replacing missing key corks or felt bumpers. If required, up to two pads will be replaced or similar. Reassemble, adjust, regulate and oil. Bore will be treated with Professor Weinberg’s bore oil (wooden instruments). De-scale the mouthpiece.

My guide price to bring the instrument back to Play Condition is £37.50. I will check, adjust, regulate and oil the instrument with up to two pads replaced or similar. With this option, the instrument is not disassembled further than is necessary to carry out the work required.
