Covid 19 update

Please follow Government guidance regarding staying at home and self isolating if you have been in contact with someone with COVID or you have any symptoms, or you have been instructed to self isolate.

We continue to provide free home delivery. If you are required to self isolate and require a same or next day delivery then please place your order and give us a ring. We will try to get your order out as soon as we can to make sure you are not caught short!

We are cleaning regularly throughout the day to keep you safe. We wear our face coverings and ask you to do the same. Avoid shopping in household groups where possible.

You can still bring your own containers for refills. Please make sure they are clean outside as normal.

If you have any questions then please contact us before you travel. Click and collect helps to minimise your time in store.

The Little Refill Shop The Little Refill Shop is a Zero Waste store located in Seaham. Our aim is to help customers to reduce their waste and reuse containers for food products and household goods through giving them the opportunity to refill. We offer store cupboard staples, herbs and spices, household cleaning products and toiletries without plastic.

We have expanded our delivery area to include SR1, SR2, SR3, SR4 and SR7.
Customers within the SR5, SR6 & SR8 area please contact us via the ‘Ask us a Question’ regarding delivery or collection from a drop off point.

Returns policy

We cannot accept returns of food unless it is below standards of consumption. As we hand select our produce for customers this would be a highly unusual circumstance. Please contact us via the ‘ask us a question’ button if you require any information on allergens or potential cross contamination of products. Due to the nature of our store, despite following cross-contamination procedures we cannot guarantee products are 100% allergen free.
