Our large room is spacious and flooded with natural light, it easily accommodates 10+ people for Yoga. The room is also used for workshops and meetings.
We have a smaller, comfortable room that can be used for counselling or therapy sessions. The room can also be used for small groups and meetings.
Both rooms are heated and there is access to a selection of teas and coffee.
Toilet facilities are on the same floor and the rooms are accessible by stairs or lift.

Talking therapy sessions are bespoke to individuals and comprise of evidence based approaches and techniques including: Life Coaching, Motivational interviewing, Neuro Linguistic Programming & Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
