Forged in Wakefield Gin - Rhubarb & Ginger 70cl, 37.5% ABV

Yorkshire Rhubarb is grown across a small patch of West Yorkshire. This is the rhubarb triangle, a nine-square-mile area between Wakefield, Morley and Rothwell. Fuchsia-pink forced rhubarb is prized for its subtle flavour. Our heritage in the Rhubarb triangle makes for a special Gin. Rhubarb adds a tart yet sweet crisp edge whilst the ginger dances on the palate and creates lasting warmth.
Pair with a premium ginger ale and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Also available in 20cl bottle.

Made using 10kg of organic cacao nibs and 5kg of organic orange zest per 90 bottles, added to base alcohol in which Scottish stone rolled oats have soaked for a few hours, to give a luxurious mouthfeel and extra dimension to the flavour, and then three times distilled.
