Business Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Wanda Fashions, but if you wish to return your item(s) for a refund, you may do so within 14 days of receiving them.

The refund will not include the delivery charges. Purchases can be exchanged without additional delivery charges or at the shop by arrangement.

All item(s) returned must have their original labels attached and be in a new and unused condition.

PLEASE NOTE: Before you return an item(s) you must email paula@wandafashions.com with your order reference and name of item(s), you will be emailed (usually within 24 hours) to be given a returns request form and reference number.

All item(s) are meticulously checked before dispatch but in the rare case of a fault, a full refund will be given together with all the delivery charges.

This returns policy in no way affects your statutory consumer rights.
